Editorial policy
Dynamic World Journal aims to make geographical topics clear without making them seem simpler than they are. Our editorial work values accuracy, context and a visible distinction between explanation, interpretation and uncertainty.
Accuracy and context
We check names, dates, terminology and factual claims against suitable sources before publication. We seek context that helps a reader understand how a place or process fits into a wider picture, and avoid presenting a single example as representative of a whole region. When evidence is incomplete or interpretations differ, the wording should reflect that rather than imply certainty.
Independence and labelling
Editorial choices are made for their relevance to the publication's subject and readers. Any sponsored or partner material will be clearly identified so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial coverage. A partnership does not guarantee editorial endorsement, and commercial arrangements do not determine the conclusions of editorial work.
Corrections
If you spot a factual error or a passage that needs clarification, contact us through the Contact page and identify the article and issue. We review correction requests and update published material when a change is warranted. Significant corrections should be described plainly, so readers can understand what changed.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. Where an illustration could be mistaken for a documentary image, it should be labelled accordingly. Illustrations are used to support understanding, not as proof that an event occurred or that a depicted place is exact.
Places are shaped by connection
A map is more than a picture of where things are. It can show how terrain, movement and human choices have shaped the places around us.
